Beyond exercise and diet Ayurveda enables us to remain youthful and

age well

Ageing occurs when the connection between consciousness, the underlying universal intelligence or energy which reflects as our physical form, is disturbed. Centres known as marma points or sometimes called chakras, can become blocked by undue pressure of experience Then the flow of intelligence, from its underlying infinate source, to enliven and correct the bodies formation as we replace cells, becomes compromised. We turn over about a trillion cells a week, and replace most of our physical body every 6 weeks. Loss of information, distortion of the code, and our resulting DNA is how the body degenerated makes mistakes and forgets how to function as we did in your youth. We see this in displayed as distorted fascia which twists posture and becomes evident in facial asymmetry, restricted movement and internal flow

Hence many people become less attractive as they age

What’s inside radiates out

Transcending in meditation, (taking us deeper than contemplation or visualisations )provides the innocent experience of transcending thought and just Being. We are  stillness but awake, and our conscious mind turns back on itsself and experiences the field of consciousness…What we put our attention on is enlivened. Hence the experience during meditation enlivens the immortal infinite organising power of nature As it flows into the material body it resets cellular functions, balancing metabolism and is perceived as a glow a radiance on the skin or emminating from the body We become ‘magnetic’ , appealing to all senses, set the tone in the room instantly and this lively field creates a shield effect which makes us more resilient to stress

Congestion and toxin build up reduce flow of nutrients, hormones and fluids. This stagnant envirnment reduces vitality. In Ayurveda we recommend daily meditation, to keep the intelligence lively, reduce the impact of environmental toxns and dissolve the overshadowing effects of our busy lifestyle. To which we add Ayurvedic practices for daily routine. And Ayurvedic quarterly rejuvenation called panchakarma, PK, which means 5 actions. A complete approach to open channels, then remove toxins, and excess doshas, the principles which guide physical function. Once cleared we begin nourishing the tissues and rebuilding digestion at this optimal moment when the bodies inner intelligence is best enlivened. Traditionally performed at the end of each season, the temperate weather here in NSW enables PK almost all year round. PK reverses ageing on average by 1 year for each week of treatment!

To westerners it looks like luxurious massage treatments, it’s actually a sophisticated range of therapies. Meditation and PK togeather are the magical combination to reset health.
